How does it operate?
Clients phone Lane Cove Community Aid on 9427 6425 on Friday mornings,

The Volunteer takes down the details and delivers the orders to Coles
Supermarket.
On the following Tuesday, a Coles staff member packs the order and
phones the Client to advise exact cost of groceries plus approximate
time of delivery.
On Tuesday afternoons, the order is delivered to the home. Clients
need to be at home to receive the delivery.
Any item, including cold or fresh food, except alcohol and cigarettes,
can be delivered.
